Obituary for Anna May Dodge (Hallahan) Anna May (Hallahan) Dodge, of Southampton, PA passed away on Wed. Dec. 5, 2018. She was 86. Anna May was born near Weatherly, PA to the late Anna (Kitlan) and Michael Hallahan. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Jack; her children, Michael (Dolores), Jack “Jay” (Virginia); grandchildren, Danielle, Cameron and Connor; and her sisters, Evelyn Long and Rose Marie Rothrock (Charles). Anna May was a graduate of Temple University Hospital School of Nursing, where she started her career as a surgical nurse. Her love and dedication to nursing earned her many awards, and commendations. She was especially proud of her certification as a Wound Control Specialist at Chestnut Hill Hospital. Anna May, also received a Certificate of Honor from Temple University Alumni Association Anna May’s family will receive relatives and friends on Mon. Dec. 10, 2018 from 10 to 11:00 AM at James J. McGhee Funeral Home, 690 Belmont Ave., Southampton, PA. Services will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private at St. Peter’s Episcopal Cemetery in Glenside, PA at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Anna May’s name may be made to Alzheimers Assoc., 8180 Greensboro Dr., Suite 400, McLean, VA 22102 or alz.org or to the charity of your choice.
