Saturday, January 12, 2019 for Mr. William Lloyd Edwards, age 71, of McLain, at the Edwards Family Cemetery. Dr. David Johnson and Bro. Scott Maxie will officiate. Mr. Edwards passed away January 9, 2019 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Bebe Edwards of Leaf; children, Jessi (Quentin) Walley of Leakesville, Clark (Sara) Edwards of Leaf, Curt (Jennifer) Edwards of Leaf; grandchildren, Marci, Maggie, Mollie, Lilly, Kenley, Jolee, Allan, Lindsay, Andrew; brother, Doug Edwards of Ocean Springs; sister, Carol Jo Spradley of Stringer. Lloyd was supervisor for Beat 5 in Greene County and worked many years as a carpenter. He was known far and wide as a great cook. His last employment, lasting many years, was with his friend, G.L. Dearman. Visitation will be Friday, January 11, 2019 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Leaf Church in McLain.
