He is survived by his wife Frances Tomlinson Fischer; 2 children Sharon Foster, and William J Fischer, Jr.; a brother Charles Fischer, and a sister Maryann Telganhoff. He will be greatly missed by his 3 grandchildren Brian, Cory, and Kelly. A family visitation will be private, graveside services will be held Friday January 25, 2019 at 12:15 PM at Bordentown Cemetery 210 Crosswicks Rd., Bordentown Township, NJ.
