VanBlargan, 75, of Mahanoy City, PA, passed away Sunday, January 27th, at UPMC Susquehanna, Lycoming County. Wayne was born in Hazleton, PA on January 8, 1944, a son of the late Charlotte (Blackwell) and Elton VanBlargan. He worked Road Construction Wayne is survived by two sons Joseph, of Mahanoy City; Jeffery, of Onieda; Wayne is also survived by three sisters, Carol VanBlargan, of McCutchen NJ; Mary Felter, of Naples Fl; Virginia Felter, of Wauseon Ohio, and a brother, Henry Felter, of Tiawan. He is also survived by 2 Grandchildren.
