Vaughn Ray Long, 73 of Springdale, AR passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019 in Springdale, AR. He was born August 2, 1945 in Nashville, AR to John Wilson Long and Emaline (Plumlee) Long. He was a retired construction superintendent. He is survived by six children, Kimberly Long of West Fork, AR, Rebecca Long of Springdale, AR, Johnathan Long of Springdale, AR, Randy Fondren of Fayetteville, AR, Doyle Wayne Herring of Columbia, MO, Sonya Kay Smith of McKinney, TX, and two grandchildren, Ayla Couch and Alexis Fondren. A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 12th from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11:00 AM.
