Beloved husband of Irina Chibisov; father of Dennis and Michael Chibisov; son of Klavdiya Chibisova and the late Yuri Chibisov; brother of Oleg Chibisov (Ulyana); uncle of Vitaliy Chibisov. Val was a Financial Analyst at BNY Mellon for over 20 years. He liked to travel and spend his time and his love with his family. Friends received at McCabe Bros., Inc. Funeral Home, 6214 Walnut Street, Shadyside on Monday, 6-8 pm. A service will be held in the Chapel at Homewood Cemetery on Tuesday at 11 am.
