OBITUARY Tracy Lamar Lyle December 31, 1959 – January 27, 2019 Funeral services for Tracy Lamar Lyle will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 at the Centuries Memorial Funeral Home in Shreveport, Louisiana . Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be followed by the service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Keithville. Tracy was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on Dec. 31, 1959 and spent most of his life in that area until his passing on Jan. 27, 2019. After graduating from Southwood High School, Tracy went on to spend 4 years in the U.S. Army and then continued in the Louisiana Army National Guard until retiring in 2018 as a Sergeant with 38 years of service to our country. He received numerous awards in the service, assisted with multiple humanitarian relief operations during natural disasters, and served overseas in three campaign phases of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is preceded in death by his father, Tommy Lyle, and is survived by his mother, Charlotte Lyle, brothers Ronald and wife Alyssa, Paul and wife Andrea, Randal and wife Samantha, and Douglas and wife Jennifer, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
