OBITUARY Susan Adkins December 19, 1980 – January 21, 2019 Adkins, Susan, 38, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Monday January 21, 2019 in Wichita. Susan was born the daughter of Leroy and Mary Crook on December 19, 1980 in Wichita. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her loving children; Anthony Crook, Amirah Alkinani, Louis Walker, Daiyshia Adkins, NaQiyah Adkins, four step-children, three grandchildren, siblings, Michael Crook, Earl Gay, Kena Lanz and nine nieces and nephews. No services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family c/o Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita.
