OBITUARY Stuart Webster June 15, 1931 – January 29, 2019 Marvin Stuart Webster, Sr., resident of El Largo, Texas joined our Lord Jesus Christ on January 29, 2019. Stuart was an active member of Texas Avenue Baptist Church in League City, Texas, and founding member of Langwood Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. Stuart became the second son of Hazel and Holman K. Webster on June 15, 1931. He married Lorraine (Honey) Hazlewood Webster on December 11, 1948 for 54 years until her death in 2002. He is survived by his two sons, Marvin S. Webster, Jr. and his wife Cathy, Mark S. Webster and his wife Becky; three grandchildren, Abigail Parsons and her husband Jeff, Vanessa Harper and her husband Jon, and Stephen Webster; his two great-grandchildren, Bryce Parsons and Jonathon Harper; his brother Harris Connor Webster; and his sister Patsy Moy. Family visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on February 4, 2019 at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas. A Graveside service will be held at Forest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas at 10:45 a.m. on February 5, 2019. The Reverend Rudy Guerrero will be officiating. Stephen Webster, Jeff Parsons, Jon Harper, James Tullis, Lester Curry, and Red Drake will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Texas Avenue Baptist Church, 320 Texas Ave, League City, TX 77573.
