Of West Mifflin, on January 20, 2019, age 89. Beloved husband of 65 years of Eleanor L. (King) Salay; father of Sharon (Tom) Schwab, Joyce (John) Traynor and Susan (Gary) Bissell; grandfather of Amy (Gio) Gensale, Katie Pachuta, Steven Pachuta, Nikki Bissell and Brandon Bissell; great grandfather of Kaley Pachuta, Terry Pachuta, Vittorio Gensale, Max Gensale and Lucas Gensale; also predeceased by his 7 brothers and sisters. Steve was an avid Steeler fan and he enjoyed all of the Pittsburgh Sports teams. He was a steelworker for 38 years at US Steel Homestead Works. He was a life long member of the Owls club and he played softball for the union for US Steel. He was a Veteran of the Army and proudly served in Germany. Family and friends will be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall on Tuesday 6-8 PM and Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be Thursday, 11:30 AM at St. Therese Church, Munhall. favorite_border Donations Pledges
