Scott Baughman was born March 23, 1967 in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating from Northview High School, he attended Ohio State University and Georgetown University to earn a law degree. Scott practiced law in Columbus, Toledo, and Michigan. He was diagnosed with severe diabetes and passed away unexpectedly on January 16, 2019.
