Sandra Zipp Fishman 1942 2018

Obituary of Sandra Fishman Sandra Zipp Fishman, age 75 of Cleveland, Owls Head and Tampa, passed away on Friday July 6. She was born to the late Sam Zipp and Isabel Owana on December 2, 1942. Sandi attended Cleveland Heights High prior to attending Ohio University. During her schooling she was introduced to the love of her life, the late Lawrence (Larry) Fishman and the two were married in 1967. They enjoyed travelling, playing golf, and spending time with family. Each summer they spent time at their home in Owls Head, ME. She worked for several years at University Hospital of Cleveland’s Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital serving as the business manager for the intensive care, pharmacology, and neonatology units. She also volunteered for the Jewish Woman’s Federation in Cleveland. Despite her hectic schedule, she always found time for her family. Sandi is survived by her two children, Mara Centanni Knapp (Mike) and Douglas Fishman (Bridgid), and 3 grandchildren, Christian Centanni, Samantha Centanni, and L.J. Fishman. Sandi requested that we remember her in celebration rather than in mourning. A Celebration of Life will take place on July 21 at 6:00pm at the home of Mara and Mike Knapp, 10614 Park Place Drive, Largo FL 33778. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to Bancroft NeuroHealth Flicker Residences, 1001 Van Buren Rd., Voorhees, NJ 08043.
