Ruth’s Obituary Ruth E. Scott, of Hillsdale, Michigan, passed away on January 15, 2019. She was born January 25, 1924 in Swanton, Ohio, the daughter of Ervin and Lillian (Wagner) Keyer. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Asher H. Scott; step-mother, Ruth Keyer; one brother and one sister. She is survived by one daughter, Tamra (John) Traylor; one sister, Linda Faulkner; three grandsons, Scott (Marci) Traylor, Bryan (Kristen) Traylor and Michael Traylor; one granddaughter, Janice (Mike) Wickenheiser; seven great-grandchildren; and two great, great-grandchildren. At her request cremation has taken place and a memorial service to honor her life will be held at a later date.
