Obituary for Roy Lee “KO” Wice Roy Lee “KO” Wice, age 87, of White Pine, TN passed away at Jefferson Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. KO was a very active member of Leadvale Baptist Church and chairman of the deacon’s, owner of High Oak Grocery, and active member of the White Pine Community. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Mary Lou Wice; daughter, Kathy Wice Young; parents, Edgar and Maxie Messer Wice; brother and sister-in-law, Pat and Kay Wice; daughter-in-law Sandy ton Wice; and son-in-law, Tony Fleenor. Survivors include children, Regina (Rick) Sinard, Karen Fleenor, Mark (Dianne) Wice, David (Gina) Wice, Lynn (Beth) Young; niece, Jane (David) Whitfield; grandchildren, Katrina Dugger, Jonathan Young, Katie Jo Knight, Sarah Jane Manis, Michael Logan Sinard, Jeremy Fleenor, Mary Jones, Andrew Wice, Ben Wice, Micah Wice and Caroline Hodge; many great-grandchildren, and also many nieces, nephews, other family members and several friends. Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 7:00pm in Leadvale Baptist Church, with the Rev. Charlie Harkleroad and Rev. Brandon Cate officiating. Family will receive friends from 4-7:00pm prior to the service. The family will gather at White Pine Cemetery for a 10:00am graveside interment service on Saturday, January 12, 2019.
