OBITUARY Ronald Grover February 13, 1947 – January 23, 2019 Ronald Vale Grover, 71 of Lancaster passed away on Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019 at the Mount Carmel East Hospital. Ron was born on February 13th, 1947 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Jesse and Freda Grover. He retired from the Lancaster City Water Department after more than 25 years of service, and was also formerly a part owner of Woodworking Specialty. Ron loved hunting and wood working. He was also a former member of the Anglers Paradise and had attended the Wesleyan Church of Good Hope. Ron is survived by his loving wife, Stella Grover; sons, Terry (Kate) Grover, and Steve (Linda) Grover; step-children, Ron (Sigrid) Harter, Jenny Gibson, Kathy (Todd) Fields, and James Harter; 19 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn Byas-Chambers; and great-grandson, Carter Barnhart. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 28th, 2019 at 1PM at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME. Burial is to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
