Medical Center in Knoxville. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Ophelia Williams and his brother James Williams. Survivors include his wife Julia A. Williams of the home, son John (Sara) Williams, grandsons Ty Williams and Taj Williams, cousin Carolyn Brock and several other loving relatives. A celebration of life will be held by the family at 4:30 p.m. Friday, December 14, 2018 at Southside Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Rich Lloyd officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Friday at Southside Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to First Baptist Baptist Church (building Fund), (423)-623-3034. Cremation Arrangements by Costner-Maloy.
