Rita’s Obituary Rita A. Daniels (nee: Mari) of Bristol, PA passed away peacefully on January 28, 2019 at Lower Bucks Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was 78. Born and raised in Bristol, where she has been a lifelong resident. Rita enjoyed cooking, baking, she had a huge love for animals, spending time at the family shore home, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with family especially her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Romano and Mary Mari, her sisters Natalie Mosco (Anthony), Loretta Pascoe (Rowland) and her brother Louis Mari. Rita will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 58 years, Melvin J. Daniels, Jr., her children Melvin J. Daniels DMD (Dawn), Traci Moore (Jack), her grandchildren Shelby Moore, James Daniels and Sara Rae Daniels, and her sister-in-law Virginia Mari, many nieces, nephews, cousins and her pride and joy, her dog Bella. Relatives and friends are invited to call Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 9 – 10:30 am at St Ann Church, 357 Dorrance Street, Bristol, PA 19007. Funeral mass will begin at 10:30 am. Interment will be private at Tullytown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Woman’s Animal Center, 3839 Richlieu Road, Bensalem, PA 19020. Read More
