Nemorio Rutiaga Pizano, 76, Columbus resident passed away Tuesday January 29, 2019 at Mimbres Memorial Hospital. Services will take place in Palomas, Chihuahua, Mexico. Nemorio was born June 6, 1942 in Sonora, Mexico to Manuela Pizano and Francisco Rutiaga. He was a communicant of the Catholic Church and will be remembered for loving the outdoors and spending time with his family. He is survived by wife, Olga Rutiaga of the home; 2 sons, Ramon Munoz and Osvaldo Rutiaga both of Palomas; 4 daughters, Lorena Munoz and Dora Rutiaga of Palomas, Maria Rutiaga of Columbus and Irma Rutiaga of Big Spring, TX; sister, Guillermina Zamora of Phoenix, AZ; 23 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Nemorio was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Manuela Rutiaga; daughter, Vicky Rutiaga and infant daughter.
