Melvin’s Obituary Melvin Henry Morrow, of Tuttle, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 72. He was born September 21, 1946 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to William and Rosa (Tabors) Morrow. Melvin was raised in Chickasha and graduated from Chickasha High School in 1964. He married Mary Retha Steelman on April 24, 1965 in Chickasha and moved to Tuttle in 1973. Melvin worked for Tinker Air Force Base on flight line as an aircraft mechanic Crew Chief with the 507th and was an Air Frame Equipment Specialist on the B-2 Stealth Bomber. He worked for Tinker from 1966 till he retired in 2003. He later worked for DRC for 5 years and TG Farms. He served in the Oklahoma National Guard, United States Army Reserves and the United States Air Force Reserves. He was a member of the Newcastle Free Will Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents. Melvin is survived by his wife, Mary Retha Morrow, of 53 years; His sons: Michael Morrow and wife, Raelynn and David Morrow and wife, Christy; Grandchildren: Tristan Morrow, Zachary Morrow, Seth Morrow, Lauren Morrow, Lainey Morrow, Caden Morrow and Keaten Morrow; Sister, Syble Harris and a brother, Bill Morrow.
