Melanie Webb Loving Wife and Mother Waynesville-Melanie Marie Martin Webb, 58, of the Bethel Community, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 21, 2019. Melanie was a native of Georgia and had lived in Haywood County for the past two years. She loved being outdoors gardening and making mosaics. She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Martin. Melanie is survived by her loving husband of 14 years, Fred L. Webb, Jr; father and step-mother, Wyatt and Ann Martin; daughter, Connie Peppers of Macon, GA; step-daughters, Samantha and Jodie Webb of Mt. Airy, GA; son, James Clayton Rice of Hull, GA; brother, Joseph Martin of Norcross, GA; sister, Victoria (Jimmy) Williams of Eatonton, GA; two nieces; one nephew; and many friends and family that she loved dearly. A Private Memorial Service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Greensboro, GA.
