Obituary of Mary Fulton Mrs. Mary M. Fulton, 96, of 227 Water St., Titusville, PA passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019 peacefully at home. Mary was born on November 18, 1922 in Titusville, to the late William and Blanche McBride Vogel. She married Warren E. Fulton, Sr. in 1943 in Salina, KS. He preceded her in death in 1976. She was a graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy, class of 1941. Mary worked at the Titusville Hospital in the kitchen department. She later worked at Sylvania and Sears in Titusville. She was a member of St. Titus Church and the Rosary Society. Mary was also involved in the Titusville Senior Center, the Hospital Auxiliary, and enjoyed playing bingo and bowling. She is survived by three sons, Warren E. “Skee” Fulton, Jr. and wife, Sandra of Titusville, Francis Fulton and wife Julie of Pleasantville, and Neal E. Fulton and wife, Leslie of King George, VA, ; three daughters, Mary Lou Strawbridge and husband, Burdell of Titusville, Anne Voltz of Ashburn, VA, and Judy Lohr Wagner and husband, Steve of Titusville; 26 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by four sons, Jay Windfelder of Titusville, Richard Fulton of Greensburg , William Fulton of Titusville and Donald Fulton of Centerville; a daughter Sharon Fulton of Titusville; grandsons: “baby” Ty, Nathan Bloom and son-in-law Greg Lohr of Titusville; three brothers, Ralph, William and Edward Vogel; and eight sisters, Elizabeth Jones, Eleanor Miller, Madelyn Ekblom, Jeannette Gilson, Ruth King, Catherine Ekblom, Margaret Woodard and Grace Vogel. Family and friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home Inc. 303 N. Washington St. Titusville, on Sunday, January 27 from 1 to 4 PM. A mass of Christian burial will be conducted at St. Titus Church on Monday, at 10 AM with Fr. Walter E. Packard, officiating. Interment will be at St. Catherine’s Cemetery. The family ask that memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 and/or St. Titus Church 513 W Main St, Titusville, PA 16354.
