Obituary for Mary Elizabeth McLaughlin (Myers) Mary Elizabeth McLaughlin, 88, of Arnoldsburg, WV died on January 9, 2019 at her home. She was born in Roane County, WV on April 18, 1930, a daughter of the late Raymond and Nancy Holcomb Myers. She was a homemaker and a member of the Little Laurel Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by five sons: Wilbert (Dude) McLaughlin of Middle, NC, John McLaughlin of Clendenin, WV, Russel McLaughlin of Pennsylvania, David McLaughlin of Wallback, WV, and Dennis (Bub) McLaughlin; three daughters: Maxine Harrison of Alabama, Carmelia Hodge Bishop of Clendenin, WV, and Patricia (Teresa) Starcher of Arnoldsburg, WV; 23 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; three brothers: Larry, Fred, and Randy; two sisters: Ella and Betty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Wilbert P. McLaughlin, one brother, one sister, and two daughters: Mary and Rita. A funeral service will be held at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, WV, on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor David McLaughlin officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery, Wallback, WV.
