Mary’s Obituary Mary Bernice Holtmeier (nee Arthon), 90, of Cincinnati, OH died Saturday, January 19, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Donald G. Holtmeier. Loving mother of Cathy (Larry) Thamann, Steve (Maggie), Ann (Michael) Detmer, Andy (Karen), Beth (Barney) Adams, Tom (Julie), Jenny (Bill) McCullough, Chris (Connie), Paul (Lynn), and the late Judy Holtmeier; Dear grandmother of 29 and proud great-grandmother of 35. Devoted sister to the late Brother Thomas Arthon, Richard Arthon, Timothy Arthon; and dear sister in law of Trish Arthon. Long time member and volunteer at Old St. Mary’s Church and Mary Magdalene House. The family wishes to express their deep gratitude for the loving care provided by the staff of Carriage House of Kenwood and Hospice of Cincinnati. A visitation will be Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 9-10am with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at Old St. Mary’s Church 123 E 13th St, 45202. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial donations made in Mary’s name to Hospice of Cincinnati or The Abbey of Gethsemani. Read More
