Obituary for Martha Bialy Martha Bialy, 94 of Berkeley died on January 23, 2019 at home with her family present. Martha was born on March 23, 1924 in Groholice, Poland to the late Jozef Woszczak and Zofia Wolski. She is described as being a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. While raising her daughters, Martha worked for twenty-five years as an assembly worker at Thomas and Betts,, Elizabeth, NJ. She was a devout Catholic who worshiped and sang in the choir of St. Hedwig’s RC Church, also in Elizabeth, NJ. She loved life and used her excessive energy to go dancing, attend shows, and travel in particular going to Puerto Rico for a week every March with her husband. She will be missed by all who knew her. Martha is predeceased by her parents, her husband, Stefan and her beloved grandson, Marc Ulewicz. She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Black and her husband Barry of Barnegat; Barbara Tie and her husband Edward of Cooper City, Florida; sisters, Irena Wroblewski and Teresa Cieplowski both of Poland; her granddaughter Caryn Panarese (Frank) and Linda Lusardi(Christopher) and five great grandchildren. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 11am, Thursday, January 31, 2019 at St. Bartholomew Church 2032 Westfield Avenue, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076 with burial to follow at St. Gertrude Catholic Cemetery, Colonia. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Healthcare Services, 105 Fieldcrest Ave., Suite 402, Edison, NJ 08837 Order Flowers
