Fitzgerald (nee Cash), 89, of Elyria died peacefully January 14, 2019. She was born July 23, 1929 in Staunton, Virginia, was a resident of Elyria since 1954 and retired from The Elyria Telephone Company. Marian is survived by her son, Robert E. (Virginia) Fitzgerald, Jr. of Grafton; grandchildren, Robert E. (Amber) Fitzgerald, III, Jonathan B. (Katie) Fitzgerald and Melissa and Christina Looney and great grandchildren, Jordan, Bailee, Andrew, Rya and Jax Fitzgerald. She was preceded in death by her husband of seventy years, Robert E. Fitzgerald, Sr. in 2016; daughter, Patsy L. Looney in 1991; granddaughter, Lorie A. Fitzgerald in 2000; sister, Ruth Ramsey and brothers, Alfred and Wilson Cash. Burial will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon. Arrangements were in the care of Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elyria.
