Obituary for Margaret F. Lester Margaret F. “Margie” Lester 89, of Naples, FL died Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at her residence. Margie was born on June 12, 1929 in Jersey City, NJ a daughter of the late William J. and Mary (Kerkowski) Sheridan. She had been a resident of Naples since 1968 coming from Teaneck, NJ. Margie was a former nurse having worked for Dr. Krieger in Naples for over 20 years as his office nurse before her retirement. She was the beloved mother of Kathleen M. Whitney of Bergenfield, NJ and Edward R. Whitney and his wife, Laura of Bonita Springs, FL; loving grandmother of Justin T. Whitney and his wife, Angelic of Cape Coral, FL and Patrick J. Whitney of Bonita Springs, FL and great grandmother of Olivia G. Whitney and Liam J. Whitney. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, David Lester in 1991. Graveside services will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 at 4:00 PM at Naples Memorial Gardens. Interment will follow.
