She was born to late Victoria Sanchez and Leopoldo Sanchez on January 3, 1947.She became a U.S. citizen and was raised and educated in Southern California. She was married to Rafael Rios for 52 years. She is survived by her five children Nohemi Sanchez, Juan Rios, Elvia Winfree, Elizabeth Ward, Joshua Rios. They were born and raised in California. She also is survived by six grandchildren Christian Navarro of Nohemi Sanchez and Daniel Navarro, Isabel Ward, Isaiah Ward, Rinnah Ward of Elizabeth and Steven Ward. Zachary Winfree, and Victoria Winfree of Elvia and Reverdy Winfree. She is also survived by her siblings Leopold Sanchez, Irene Cortez, Neftali Sanchez, Eleazar Sanchez, Nohemi Marquez, Ruth Gonzalez. Maggie was musically talented, she played the piano and sang beautifully. She was an artist who loved to paint and draw landscapes. For 22 years she was a translator and social worker for the Solano County. She was a wonderful Mother, a faithful wife and a blessing to everyone she encountered. Print Obituary
