Karen Elaine (Smith) Campbell, 69, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Karen was born in New Harmony, Indiana on February 21, 1949 to the late John and Mary Opal (Chastain) Smith. She owned The Green Room restaurant in New Harmony, Indiana. Karen was a waitress at The Red Geranium and later a chef at River Pointe Health Campus.
