Judy A. Williams, 70, of Champion, OH passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. She was born July 9, 1948, in Warren, OH, the daughter of the late Earl and Jane (Kerns) Storey. Judy was a homemaker and attended Living Word Fellowship Church. She is survived by her husband, David E. Williams, whom she married October 1, 1966; three daughters, Lynn (Brian Corley) Swonger of Cortland, OH, Lana (Dennis) Wagner of Champion, OH and Lori (Jason) Williams Farrar of Garrettsville, OH; sister, Sandy Bailey of FL; and grandchildren, Anthony George, Hayden, Jacob, Kaley and Paige Farrar, David and Michael Swonger and Janna and Joshua Wagner. She was preceded in death by her parents. Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 11, 2019, at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
