Joyce E. Miller, 82, of Jonestown, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, at her home. She was the wife of George D. Miller. On December 30th they celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary. Born in Coatesville on May 29, 1936, she was the daughter of the late James M. and Ida Mae Osborne Kennedy. For 40 years Joyce owned and operated Derryveagh Kennels in Jonestown. She was a member of the Ono United Methodist Church. For many years she was a den mother and was actively involved in getting the stadium lights installed at Northern Lebanon High School. She was a Green Bay Packer fan and especially enjoyed travelling, golfing and skiing. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons G. Dane and his wife Chiyo Miller of Reading and Darryl G. Miller and his wife Jennifer Zemba of Jonestown; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson Ty Zemba Miller. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 4, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 & Camp Meeting Rd., Jonestown. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Lebanon County, 150 N. Ramona Rd., Myerstown, PA 17067. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Joyce E.
