Raleigh………………………………………………………………John Pratt Sherman, age 67, died Wednesday, January 30, 2019. Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 2, at 11:00 A.M. at the Farmville United Methodist Church by Rev. Steve Dunn. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church. He is survived by his daughter, Breece Sherman Melkonian and husband, Chris of Stafford, Virginia; brother, David Warren Sherman and wife, Denise of Raleigh; grandson, Jackson Melkonian; and nephew, John Warren Sherman.
