Jerome’s Obituary Jerome Kaiser, 89, of Margate, Fl., entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. He is survived by his wife, of 65 years, Rita, his sons, Lawrence and Paul, and his brother, Michael. He was born September 22, 1929 and raised in The Bronx, New York. After graduating high school, he was drafted into the U.S. Army and was stationed in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Afterwards, he and Rita and Lawrence returned to The Bronx. He went to school for traffic managing and worked as a traffic manager until he retired. After the birth of his son, Paul, he moved to Fair Lawn, New Jersey, where he lived until moving down to Margate in 2011. Jerome loved music, both classical and jazz, and played clarinet and saxophone. in the army band and then in community band in New Jersey. He loved his New York football Giants and enjoyed a good cigar. He was a tall, handsome man with black hair and blue eyes and a deep baritone voice and an easy laugh. Jerome was warm and kind and caring and also had a great wit, having been voted class wit in high school. He was deeply devoted to his family, putting them and their well-being ahead of everything else, and will be remembered by them for all of these wonderful traits.
