Obituary for Jerald Amos Smith Jerald Amos Smith, 69, of Pensacola, passed away on January 19, 2019 in Fort Walton Beach. He was born in Pensacola, FL to Leon Alonzo and Florence Drusilla Smith on November 21, 1949 growing up in Pleasant Grove. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alonzo and Florence; brothers, James Thomas, Leon Marshall, Benjamin Wade, and Gary Alonzo; and his sisters, Sarah Jane Elder and Beverly Joan Cain. Jerald is survived by his brother Marvin W. Smith (Charlene) of San Antonio, TX and sister, Florence Ellen Taylor (Elmer) of Pensacola. A private service will take place in the near future.
