OBITUARY Irene A. Pinossi March 23, 1930 – January 26, 2019 Irene A. (Manco) Pinossi, 88, passed away January 26, 2019. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond E. Pinossi. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Gaetano and Vilomena (Palontonio) Manco; mother of Paul T. Pinossi and Steven R. Pinossi; sister of Marie Groccia and Raymond Manco. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. Irene had worked as a hairdresser for many years before retiring and will be greatly missed by her therapy dog Daisy. Visitation and funeral services will be held Wednesday, 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the PONTARELLLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
