OBITUARY Hyman Joseph Tannen October 19, 1927 – January 14, 2019 Hyman Joseph Tannen, age 91, of Tarrytown, New Jersey passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019. He was born October 19, 1927 in New York, New York. Mr. Tannen is survived by his daughter Dr. Rebekah (Greg Friedman) Tannen of Mount Kisco, New York; son Adam (Gail) Tannen of Marlboro, New Jersey; and grandchildren Rachel Tannen, Jacob Tannen, and Zoe Friedman. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 followed by a committal service at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, New Jersey 07095. A period of mourning will be observed at the residence of Adam and Gail Tannen after services on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 as well as on Thursday, January 17, 2019 and Friday, January 18, 2019. It will also be observed at the residence of Dr. Rebekah Tannen and Greg Friedman on Friday, January 18, 2019 and Sunday, January 20, 2019.
