Gritley A. Turner June 12, 1936 – January 12, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Gritley A. Turner, 82, of Manchester, NH, died January 12, 2019. She was born in Saint Ann Parish, Jamaica, on June 12, 1936. Gritley immigrated to Manchester in 1963. She was employed as an assembler with Carroll Cable for many years. Devoted to her faith, she was a member of New England Pentecostal and Abiding Light Ministry. She hosted the Bread of Heaven program on Manchester Public Television for many years. Gritley was predeceased by her husband, Thomas H. Turner. He died in 1973. She was also predeceased by a daughter, Joan Turner, in 2003. Family members include two sons, John Turner and Patrick Brown; two daughters, Janet Turner and Elaine Parchment; three grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy and Madge. Services: Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4 to 7 PM at the Connor-Healy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 537 Union Street, Manchester, NH.
