She was a native of Kiowa, Oklahoma and a Concord resident since 1959. Frankie had worked as a nursing assistant for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Melvin in 2014. She is lovingly survived by her grandson Jeremy Burleson; nieces Katherine (James) Lyons and Cynthia (Richard) Starks, nephew Joe Perez, Best Friend Violet Tidwell. Friends are invited to attend funeral services at Moore’s Mission Funeral Home, 1390 Monument Blvd., Concord on Friday January 11 beginning at 1 p.m. Open casket viewing 2 hours prior to services. Burial to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1965 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette.
