Obituary of F.L. Gilliam F.L. “Cowboy” Gilliam, of Strayhorn, originally from Dundee and retiree of Parker John Deere Tunica, passed away on December 29, 2018 at his home. Graveside services will be held December 31, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Oakwood Cemetery in Tunica, MS. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Parker Gilliam, parents and one brother. He leaves behind a daughter, Diana (Bill) Frazier of Senatobia; grandson/caregivers Billy and Jennifer Frazier of Strayhorn; granddaughter, Tracia Frazier (Joseph) of Memphis; step-brother Oscar Benner and great-grandchildren Justin Frazier, Brooke Sterrett, Zander Sterrett, Lucas Nena, Cassie Nena and Paige Nena. He also leaves behind a host of extended family, nieces, nephews and friends. Meredith-Nowell Memorial Funeral Home of Tunica, MS has charge of service.
