Eva Movina Kelley March 30, 1931 – January 20, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Eva Movina Kelley, 87, of Washington, died on Sunday, January 20, 2019, in Transitions Health Care, Washington. She was born on March 30, 1931, in Washington, a daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Clemens Bell. A homemaker, she enjoyed watching television, eating sweets and gardening. On September 28, 1963, she married Thomas Earl Kelley, Sr., who died on February 4, 2013. Surviving are a son, Thomas E. (Kathy) Kelley, Jr., of Washington; a daughter, Rose Ann Bell, of Washington; two brothers, Tony (Barb) Bell, of Washington and John (Elsie) Bell, of Washington; two sisters, Betty Fisher, of Washington, and Mary Wesler, of Columbia, GA; three grandchildren, Marcy, Christopher and Michael; two great grandchildren, Robert and Essence; as well as several nieces and nephews. Deceased are two brothers, Chuck and Harry Bell; and two sisters, Helen Morris and Christine Valentine. Friends will be received on Thursday, January 24, 2019, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Ave., Washington, PA. There will not be a service, so the family requests that final respects be taken at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Burial will be in North Buffalo United Presbyterian Cemetery on Friday, January 25, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. All planning to attend the burial are asked to please meet at the cemetery.
