EVA’s Obituary Eva Moskal Nicotra, 95 , of Vero Beach passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019 after living a full life. She was born on August 12, 1923 in Syracuse, NY to Wasyl Moskal and Anna (Smolnycki) Moskal. Eva was a beloved member of St. Helen’s Catholic Church and she loved her family more than anything. Before residing in Vero Beach, Florida, Eva spent half of her life in her hometown of Syracuse, New York and eventually moved to Tampa, Florida for a brief time eventually settling down in Vero Beach, Florida. Eva is survived by her daughter Carol (Jerry) Davidson; son Carmen (Debbie) Nicotra; grandson David (Judy) Davidson; granddaughter Julie Hobbs; granddaughter April (Jadiel) Perez; granddaughter Samantha (Joseph) June; seven great grandchildren and one great- great granddaughter. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Helen Catholic Church, 2000 20th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960. Visitation will be held from 7-9PM Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach. A Prayer Service will begin at 8:30pm in the funeral home chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00AM, Friday, January 18, 2019 at St. Helen Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Crestlawn Cemetery. Read More
