Elizabeth Cornelia Lotter of Stratford, Oklahoma was born June 29, 1943 in Johannesburg, South Africa, to Johannes Ollewagen and Elizabeth (Cornelia) Ollewagen. She passed away January 16, 2019 at her home near Stratford at the age of 75 years 7 months and 17 days. She was married to Matthew Charles Lotter on June 24, 1965 in Johannesburg, South Africa. She worked as a switchboard operator. Preceded by; her husband Matthew Charles Lotter, and two sisters. Survived by; one daughter; Angela Lisa Mulliniks of Stratford, Ok. two sons; Paul Lotter and Matthew Charles (Chuck) Lotter both of Ada, OK. and one sister Jeanette Matthews of Australia. 7 grandchildren. Memorial Services; Wednesday January 23, 2019 at Life Point Church. More information to come later.
