Obituary for Edward “Gene” Eugene Cave Edward Eugene “Gene” Cave, age 66 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away peacefully, Saturday, January 19, 2019 in his home surrounded by his loved ones. Visitation will be held at Oak Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Guthrie, Mo. from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 26, 2019. A funeral service will be conducted immediately after at 12:00 p.m. noon with The Reverend Marion Mitchell officiating. Graveside services will be held in the Oak Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Gene Cave memorial fund.
