OBITUARY Donald Frederick Back June 13, 1937 – January 27, 2019 Donald Frederick Back, 81, of Saint Louis passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Gardenview Care Center of O’Fallon. He was born June 13, 1937 in Saint Louis a son of Peter and Marie Nestmann Back. Surviving are one brother Ronald Back; one sister Darlene (Peter) Vulin; five children, Gregory P. (Hilda K.) Back, Debbie (Terry) Schmidt, David A. (Pamela J.) Back, Valerie D. McDaniel, Shari J. Back; grandchildren, Adam (Madeline J.) Back, Cheryl Ann Reno, Dustin M. (Ashley) Back and Ashley N. Ferguson; a great grandchild, Emersyn L. Reno; and loving sister-in-law and caregiver, Juanita Brown. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lucinda Back, one son, Donald Back, and one brother, Edward Back. We all will miss your jokes and humor. A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Alexander White Mullen Funeral Home in St. Ann, MO. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Mount Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made in his name to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
