Deborah L. Tucker 56, of Owings, MD, passed on Sunday, January 20, 2019 while on vacation on Sint Maarten in the Caribbean. Born in Washington, D.C. she was a daughter of the late John Richard and Nancy Faye (Pettit) Gallagher. She was the beloved wife of Kent Tucker. They celebrated their twenty sixth wedding anniversary in May of 2018. She worked as a supervisor for MNCPPC in Prince George’s County for over thirty years. She enjoyed wine tasting, going to the beach, watching Alabama football games, and spending time with her family. Along with her husband, Deborah is survived by their son; Garrett Tucker, her brothers; John R. Gallagher and Daniel Gallagher, two nieces; Casey L. Gallagher and Shannon Gallagher, and two nephews; John Russel Gallagher and Cole Gallagher. A viewing will be held Monday, February 4, 2019 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at Lee Funeral Home, Calvert P.A. 8200 Jennifer Lane, Owings, MD 20736. A Mass of a Christian Burial will take place Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 10am at Jesus The Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 1601 W Mount Harmony Road, Owings, MD 20736.
