Mr. David W. Blackwell of Millsboro, DE passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2019. He was 53 years old. He is survived by his mother Shelby Green, a brother, Johnny Blackwell, a sister, Laura Green, and his little angel Isabel. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends may visit from 12 PM – 1 PM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting contributions toward funeral and final medical expenses made payable to Laura Green, PO Box 1584, Millsboro, DE 19966.
