David’s Obituary David L. Koehnke, 72, of Cincinnati, OH died on Thurs. Jan 10, 2019. Survived by his brother George (late Kathleen); Nephews Jeff (Tracy) and Scott (Rebecca); and Grandnieces Brittany, Madison, and Brooke Koehnke, and Kristin Hacker. He was a past Master of the Cincinnati Lafayette Lodge, a past High Priest of the Royal Arch Masons of Ohio, and a member of the Scottish Rite. Memorial gathering will be Thurs.
