Danny Richard Fenn July 07, 1949 – January 23, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Danny (Dan) Richard Fenn, age 69, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 surrounded by his loving family at Spectrum Health. He was born July 7th 1949 in Carson City, Michigan. On July 15th 1972 Dan married Nancy Ann Tucker of Carson City, Michigan. Dan cherished his family, his granddaughters were the apples of his eyes. Dan graduated from Carson City High School in 1969. Following graduation he had a long career with the Department of Corrections (DOC). Many friends from the DOC continued to call him Captain as they seen him around town. Dan was an avid golfer, a member of St. Mary’s Church, Knights of Columbus, former school board member for Carson City-Crystal Schools. After retirement he worked as a Security Consultant for Sparrow Carson Health. Dan is survived by his wife, Nancy and son Craig (Tonia) Fenn, daughter Jillene Cornacchione, grandchildren, Molly and Megyn Fenn and McKenna Cornacchione. Brother, Gary (Linda) Fenn, sister Marlyn Felzke and half brother Ron Ferris. He was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Norine Fenn, sister Janie (William) Dailey, son-in law Anthony Cornacchione II. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Sunday, January 27, 2019 at 3 pm at St. Mary Catholic Church, Carson City with Fr. Larry King Celebrating. Interment will follow in Maryknoll Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday from 4 to 8 pm with a Rosary at 7:30 pm at the Lux and Schnepp Funeral Home, Carson City and Sunday from 2 pm until time of Mass at the church.
