Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Friday, January 4, 2019 at McWhorter Funeral Home. Courtney was born on December 25, 1977, in Houston, Texas to Leonard Fletcher Elder and Marilyn Jackson Elder and passed from this life on December 31, 2018, in Longview, Texas. She was a clerk for J P Morgan Chase Bank for 20 years. Survivors include her son, Kris Elder; her parents, Leonard and Carol Elder; and her brothers, Marc Elder and Kevin Elder.
