Connie L. Ulmer, 78, of Williamsport, passed away with family by her side on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at UPMC Susquehanna. Born August 18, 1940, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Howard A. and Marjorie A. (Shuler) Mausteller. Connie was a high school graduate and worked in several factories in our area, as well as Liberty Mutual as a clerk. She enjoyed playing cards and adored her granddaughters and great-granddaughter. Her family and beloved cats were her pride and joy. Surviving are, a son Duane Ulmer; two granddaughters, Trisha Patterson (Ryan) and Ashley Noviello; a great granddaughter, SaBella; a sister, Barb Feigles; a brother, Butch Mausteller; and a son-in-law, Phillip Noviello. In keeping with her wishes no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made in Connie’s name to Lycoming County S.P.C.A., 2805 Reach Road Williamsport, PA 17701.
