Christopher Anthony “Chris” Hamm, age 46, of Winder, GA passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019. He is survived by his parents, Rick and Sandy Hamm of Hoschton; brothers, Richard Hamm of Sierra Vista, AZ and Jeremy Hamm of Athens; paternal grandparents, Joe and Jewell Hamm of Nashville, TN; maternal grandmother, Shirley and Larry Reese of Winder; stepfather, Steve Peppers of Winder; aunts, Susan Pierce of Bethlehem, Deborah Mullinax of Loganville, and Lisa Jones of Nashville, TN; uncle, Joe Hamm of Nashville, TN; as well as many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by her mother Vanessa Peppers; Chris was born in Decatur, GA and was a graduate of Winder-Barrow High School. He loved to work on and ride motorcycles and was a former co-owner of Spirit Cycle in Jefferson, GA. Chris enjoyed working on anything mechanical and most recently was working on his truck. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. A memorial service honoring the life of Chris will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 5:00PM at Chestnut Mountain Church of Christ 5111 Old Winder Hwy, Braselton, GA 30517 with Ron Cope officiating.
